This is one of the newer locations on Jefferson Avenue that opened last year. Everything is inside(love it), it has three floors with 2 freight elevators. It is kept very clean inside and outside. I got a good deal on my unit under $40 a month with insurance! If you're looking for a deal, go on the website. I definitely recommend this facility.
I very easy and positive experience. I went to one location and couldn't find the space I wanted and they recommended the new facility up the street and reserved it for me. During the check out process, I changed my mind regarding the discount and they changed it with no problem. Both encounters were professional and very pleasant and employees treated me as a valued customer. This we all know nowadays is extremely rare.
Amanda was getting ready to leave for lunch when I show up unexpectedly. She was so nice and let me get my unit before she left for lunch. I was in and out in no time. Thank you for having a good heart and I know my stuff will be looked after.
Amanda was simply amazing. I came and told her exactly what I wanted and she took immediate care of me. Her energy and personality were a blessing! I knew I wanted to place my items here because God surrounds her and this place. She is a blessing!!
