Teshaun is fantastic! The store was busy, but he balanced everyone like a pro while maintaining a great personality. Had a great experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. The guy I spoke to put in good effort to make sure I got what I needed.
Tesean was very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful in answering all my questions that I had about the site and the unit itself!
My experience so far has been great! I started the reservation for my unit online and was contacted via phone by one of the employees. I didn’t feel pressured to continue with the reservation and was able to finish in person. I was told all the costs beforehand and they remained the same in person as well. The building and the unit itself is very clean, spacious and the temperature is amazing. Greta storage solution!
Tesean who was working the front desk was polite and very helpful. He also has a great sense of humor. He is the reason I chose this facility
