Ivy has been extremely helpful. The facility is clean and accessible after office hours. I would suggest anyone that plans to need a dolly after office hours, to bring your own. Otherwise, they have them conveniently located in the front office for your use during office hours.
I worked with Ivy, she is phenomenal. She helped me find the perfect unit to suit my needs and walked me through everything from pricing to setting up my lock and accessing the building. She’s the best and made everything as seamless as possible. I’m happy with my unit and grateful for her professionalism.
I recently visited this location and the property manager Ivy Johnson was soooooooooooo amazing, very patient and understanding. she explained everything detail for detail and helped me down to the tea!! 10/10 highly recommend
