I've only had the unit for about a week but so far everything is great. People on the phone are very helpful and very kind. And the climate controlled unit is great. Only negative is its a "secure facility" with a gate and a code but if you go the right side of the building there is a huge gap in the fence that if someone wanted to could just drive through. Other than that it's very good.
It’s nice that it has a security gate. Not 24hr access but still keeps honest people honest. The unit was small and has been thoroughly used. I ended up renting a larger unit at another place. That is a nice place. I did not realize how old and used the unit I had was till I got a unit somewhere else.
Not impressed. Old owners didn't write a contract with me but I did put $100 security deposit by debit card. I guess my cell phone still comes up under the previous owner of my number on caller id and they put her name on my storage unit as well. I spoke to them about removing her name but they never did. The new owners after speaking with them didn't remove her name and then after moving I called about the security deposit after cleaning my unit and they told me I should have got a free month which I didn't. This place is a joke. We've had nothing but problems since day one. Last week we came to grab something out of one of our units and noticed that the lock had been cut and was missing. Someone broke in and stole some of our things! My girlfriend called and talked to the owner who was less than helpful. He was actually pretty rude to her. All he said was to file a report with the police. How about you fix the gate that's been broken for over a year?! People can just come and go as they please and there is zero security here.... read more
Don't store your things here. The owners lied to us saying they will fix the gate but it's been over a year and they haven't. Our RV has been broken into three times. We have lost a lot of items and the damage has cost us thousands. The owners didn't care at all. Store your things here and you can be sure that your units or RV will be broken into. Complete lack of security and a hot spot for robbers.
