After months of having 15, yes 15 10x30 units here I’m moving out - they would rather let the homeless roam the halls at night and break into units than to listen and work with their tenants who want to fix the issue, which for a while was fixed, but after corporate got involved it looks like this now. Stay away from this place, it’s dirty, not safe, there’s bags of human feces on certain floors and bottles of urine. The experience at Extra Space Storage was awesome. Anybody needing a storage unit should go to them they helped me out what I really needed it. The guy that was working at the one that I went to was so nice. And they match their prices you see online. I would recommend this 100%
My experience here started decent until the homeless started pissing in the elevator after about a month. As I was moving out, their at-the-time employee, Hilary Hall, showed interest in some items in my unit. She decided to steal those items and quit after I mentioned I was out of town for the holidays. I contacted management only to find out the security cameras have been down for months, insurance won’t cover it because they can’t prove it, and that they refuse to do anything about the matter since she’s no longer an empl... read more
I was helping my friend get a self- storage unit at extra space. They told me that the facility was open 24 hours a day seven days a week (not true). I went by to speak with someone and nobody was in the office and now my friends items are in the back of my truck because the lady on the phone told me that she would be open. Then I get told in 60 days my rent is going to double? Interesting business model
