We came in looking to see about getting a storage unit. The entire process start to finish was incredibly easy and fast. The owner was knowledgeable and very friendly. The price point was exactly where we needed it to be in order to move forward with the unit. We are hoping to clear some things from our home to renovate and now that we have this unit we can start right away and know that our belongings are safe.
I can’t sing the praises of Jon and Ed enough. Jon helped us set up a new unit over the phone efficiently and with great empathy to a anxiety-ridden move. He is extremely personable, kind, and knowledgeable about his new site. He even offered to walk to our future unit to make sure it was as close to the elevator as possible! employee was very helpful In Renting me a unit. The 29.00 upcharge for protecting information is so disheartening. New building nice clean easy access with punch codes.
Professional and knowledgeable staff who were very helpful, The facility was spotless…roomy units. My unit is on the second floor but with the elevator so accessible, it’s a breeze bringing things upstairs.
Very friendly, clean, affordable... LOVED dealing with these guys. Secure site easy access and again very friendly guys !
