My unit here was burglarized 09/22-09/24/24. Over $2,500 in things were stolen. I notified management and was told all I could do is make an insurance claim…My disk lock was picked or another key was used and then the lock was put back on my door left handed side and I noticed when I went to unlock it.I asked what about reviewing the security camera footage sense I know when it happened..? Manager told me the do not allow review of the camera footage and it is company policy..! What about the fact that I am renting from you ... read more
