Finals are done. I’m so ready to go home and Manager Erika was great she helped while still handling others in office she showed me how to use my lock. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my last day in md for the next few months great.

Jolene was fantastic. Very professional, attentive to my needs, went out of her way to make sure I understood everything, and that my experience was 5 stars. Very personable and just all around cool person. I was set up and out in 15 min max. If I could rate higher I would. The place is underground which I thought was weird at first, but definitely makes for a unique storage place. It was clean. All in all, I have no complaints
We walked in today, and Got a tour without appointment. The manager, Erika, was very personable, attentive and thoroughly answered all our questions. The facility is clean, conveniently located, and fully secured. Extra Space also offers insurance packages for your items, locks, and packaging supplies for an affordable price, which is a major plus. I would definitely recommend!
Erika was so helpful, I had to move out of town quick and she was great. Erika not only keep me up to date with my unit information she was caring and knowledgeable. Extra space has a great manager at this location.
