I have been given great assistance by the staff in various ways from the initial contact to rent a unit when moving from Michigan to Nebraska. Now as I've made a decision to continue my use of a storage unit, but to downsize due to my not using the full space of a 10 x 15, the manager Stacey, helped me to consider all my options make the necessary adjustments to move to the appropriate unit size. Stacy stayed late to help me get into my storage locker. She did so even though she was busy trying to finish up other work. In doing so me she did it without complaint. She was professional. Friendly and patient. I think She deserves a bonus!
