This is the worst storage company in the world. They charge whatever they like. This is the first time I have seen fees like this. They quoted me a price on Thursday, and in less than 72 hours they added another $100.00 to the quote. I asked them to explain the increase and I was told that they have other things to do, so pay it or leave. Extra space bought the storage facility that i have used for 8 years, called Iron Horse Storage. They told previous customers there would be no rate increase and we were good to go. In ... read more
