I'm giving a 2-star rating due to prices and misleading offers. I secured a 5x10 unit online but then discovered that I needed a 10x10. The attendant was helpful when she agreed to rent me a 10x10, but it was for $291 a month. I was under a time crunch and couldn't research the prices. The next day I saw I could rent that same unit for $188. I went to the office and inquired and was told they would price match.
