Beautiful new storage facility. Staff was friendly and patient with answering all my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. They also worked out a great walk in deal. I made a great choice in moving my stuff from my original storage facility and saved $240 a month
Could not be more pleased with Extra Space Storage - Itasca or with Liz the manager! The facility is spotless, very well lit, cameras everywhere, the lock I purchased from them is top of the line. Liz was extremely helpful, took time to explain my options and rates, showed me several units that could work for the type and amount of items I had, did not do a hard sell to make me contract for more than I needed. SO thrilled I’m done with organizing my 7th move! Thank you Liz!!
The moment I walked in at front office. Was treated with kindness and directed hassle free. Liz and coworker were great. Would mention her name but not sure how to spell. Sorry!! But thanks for all your help and kindness.
I would recommend this place to all my friends & family. The place is very clear it has climate control, it is very well-lit & space-age. Liz the manager was very friendly & was able to answer all of my questions. She took me on a tour of the place & showed me how to use my code to get in. I feel that everything is well organized. Thank you Liz for all of your help. One more thing the units are very affordable.
