I believe Pedro is a very well qualified Property Manager. He’s very friendly, answers questions and concerts. Knows the system well and does inform customers as to what size of storage units he has that meets our needs. Although I was a new tenant when the storm hit On May 25,2024, Pedro was able to keep everyone calm and assured tenants that they would help them as much as possible. I hope you keep him at this location, because he does a fantastic job!!!

Pedro and his team were amazing and very attentive after the storm that hit in May. I have been storing there for a couple of months now and every encounter i have with the team has been great. Even when my storage was damaged due to the storm they quickly found a solution to transfer me to another unit and take care of me. Even though i will be moving out in July due to the storm, i will continue to refer people here or anywhere that Pedro is Managing. I’m so pleased to say I was very impressed with your employee Pedro in visiting the Hrmpstead property to rent a unit. I must have asked him 15 questions about the property and he answered all of them thoroughly and without any hesitation. He did not rush us at all. It was like having an owner show us the property. Outstanding experience. I feel very comfortable renting at his location as long as he is there. Best experience!
