I had a fantastic experience here last semester! I stored all my college furniture, and everything was kept in excellent condition. The owners were incredibly attentive and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I truly have nothing but good things to say!
Great customer service here at Extra Space Storage. They are very friendly and made the process of renting a storage unit at a great rate incredibly easy. They also helped me transfer units from an indoor unit to an outdoor unit. Very quick, easy and professional. I highly recommend Extra space storage to anyone in the moving process, check them out!

It's me again adding to my previous review. See below. Just had a positive experience with Mr. Jesse. I simply love the customer service here. Ms Lisa has been here since the previous owners. We had all kinds of problems back then but she was pleasant to work with and did her her best to get things right. We now have new owners. They worked with us with the transition and have been making many improvements. I must say I like the change.
