I can highly recommend Extra Space Storage at 2208 Market Street, Champaign. Kyle and Rex do an outstanding job of managing the facility and they are very customer focused, always ready to help. Last week, I did not lock my unit correctly, and they notified me about the problem very quickly. I appreciate their professional and competent management.
After 4 months of having my storage unit the price went up then there is a new name and owner, price went up again. Driveway is raggedy and slanted they don't take care of the property or units. Getting my stuff soon, I wouldn't recommend. Oh and when it snowed, the 2 big hefty guys couldn't even get the snow from the entrance so I got stuck in the middle of traffic because it was so much snow. Rex is the best. I was going through something very tragic and almost lost my storage. Rex did everything in his will power so I didn’t lose my valuables. Thank you ashes can’t be replaced and he stuck by my side so I didn’t lose it. Thanks for everything.
