OMG! I could not have been more impressed with the customer service or the units here at Extra Space. I was getting so tired of going to our garage to pull seasonal decor only to have mice droppings all over the container lids. So we thought maybe this was the answer to our very limited storage. We walked in and spoke to Sean who gave us a tour and showed us the different size units. He was awesome! The gentleman who showed us around the facility was very professional and personable and answered all of our questions. The facility was clean and we chose a storage unit that fit our needs. We went to the facility today on our own and found it safe and easily accessible. We are happy with our contract.
This place is clean modern and convenient. Jonathan, the manager, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The climate controlled drive thru is fantastic for unloading and loading in the unpredictable weather of Eastern NC! The automatic doors from the drive thru directly to the large elevators is supper convenient!

Brand new facility with a thoughtful layout. Love that you drive inside to the elevators. Sean was very helpful and professional getting us setup with a great unit location.
