RecommendedEmployee Jonathan gave the best customer service I've had in a very long time. From the initial meeting, explaining how to enter the storage facility, assisting with the entry code, and offering to help me locate the actual unit. After I left, Jonathan went above and beyond the normal customer service. Jonathan noticed that the lock I had placed on was not working so offered to put a lock on the unit for me to protect the belongings. Incredibly helpful and friendly.
