Sean and Jonathan were both incredible with helping us get everything set up and moved out and they are extremely knowledgeable and courteous! The units are very clean and easy to access! The bathrooms were very clean. This place is very well maintained and very easily accessible right off the highway! Sean helped us get the storage unit set up when we first moved in and answered all of our questions and even helped me figure out the best way to get my motorcycles in and out of the unit! Signing up with Sean was very easy, He answered all of our questions and took us for a quick tour of the facility. It is very easy to enter the building to unload inside, and the elevators are very handy when moving items. Just rented another extra unit for overflow. The process was smooth and easy. They even fixed it where all the units rent came due at the same monthly date for convenience. Highly recommend Extra Storage of Cedar Point.
Awesome storage space. Many different sizes to choose from. Safe and secure. Great customer service and the easiest accessibility of any storage unit we’ve ever used. If we need storage again, without question, we would use Extra Space. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price increases, but they will work with you if asked. Excellent experience
OMG! I could not have been more impressed with the customer service or the units here at Extra Space. I was getting so tired of going to our garage to pull seasonal decor only to have mice droppings all over the container lids. So we thought maybe this was the answer to our very limited storage.
