I am a 40+ year resident of Fayette County and own businesses w/thousands of clients over the last 20 years. I spent the morning reaching to them via my email list/social media platforms. SCAM ARTISTS!!!! My rate at this facility is 120$ and out of no where they almost doubled it to 227$ a month. Thats over 100$ increase for no reason (its not like a promo rate ended or something). Zero transparency, using the bait and switch technique after you move your stuff in and they think they have you. No this is going to be a big task for me as i have to find a new facility and move my stuff. Dont choose this storage unit place! Honestly breaks my heart that scammings gotten this bad.
