Not impressed with this place been here for about a year we will be moving in a few months but the price also increased for us within the first 6 months One thing that drives me crazy is almost every time I go to my unit the security gate is open. Like what is the point of getting a closed unit if the gate is open most of the time. No one is there when it’s open. 10/26/25: Waaaaay too expensive. Decent place. Not great. Not terrible. 10/28/25: After reading my review they called and dropped prices. Not as low as my signup rate but still helpful and appreciated.
I have had my storage unit for a year now. This storage complex used to be called storage express my current rate when I started was $104 a month for a 10x20 unit. Now that Extra space took over, my monthly rate has jumped up to $185 in six months even though they are advertising the same unit for $127. I called and asked if I could get the $127 price since that is what they're currently showing for the same size unit.
