It was very easy to book multiple units at Logan facility and they even found available promotions to help make the reservation process easier and cost effective. I ended up not using the storage units because i didn't need them after all. so i can't comment on the facility itself. but booking was easy and national and local staff Very easy to work with.

So this is a long story. I had two vehicles stored at this place before EXTRA Space bought it from the local owners, never missed a payment and everything was always perfect. FAST Forward after extra space becomes the owner they start harassing me for my title,registration information on both of the items I have there even though both plates are up to date. I’ve been keeping my stuff in a unit here for about 4 months and out of nowhere I get a post card saying the unit cost will be jumping from $65 a month to $131 a month which is double what I agreed to when I signed up. For some reason they don’t tell you that the price you agree on is a promotional price and the $131 is the real price. So now I have to pack up my stuff and get out of there because there are better and more affordable units in the valley.

So far my experience has been fantastic. Anna and Nicole were extremely helpful. They helped me to choose the right size unit and the registration was seamless. I was in and out in no time.

I called in to rent a unit. They were a lot of help and even went past closing time helping me with my situation. Great prices and great service!
