The manager is great he talked me through everything was very nice explained everything to me as this was my first time renting a storage unit. One thing I do wish they would add in the advertised price is the insurance price so you would have an idea cause I’m sure there are other First timers besides myself. They provided locks but the only thing was there wasn’t one in my unit we looked at the other empty units and there were locks in all of those. I have been renting for A few months and I just got a notice in the mail that my rate promotion was ending and I was going to have an increase. I called Kathy and she was so responsive, was able to reduce my increase substantially. Really appreciate the great customer service at this location. Selecting a unit was a breeze thanks to the competent and friendly ESS worker handling reservations. Office staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Units in the climate controlled area have a chicken wire screen on top, presumably to prevent items blocking air flow. The map close to the elevator does not easily display restrooms, essential for my generation
I Won A Auction Unit And Went To Pick Up At This Facility Extra Space In Lynchburg Manager Was Great To Deal With And All Went Well And The Next Day Went To Finish And Get The Deposit Back The Man And Woman Were Extremely Professional In The Office. I Recommend This Facility For All Needs ! 😃
