Selecting a unit was a breeze thanks to the competent and friendly ESS worker handling reservations. Office staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Units in the climate controlled area have a chicken wire screen on top, presumably to prevent items blocking air flow. The map close to the elevator does not easily display restrooms, essential for my generation
I have been renting for A few months and I just got a notice in the mail that my rate promotion was ending and I was going to have an increase. I called Kathy and she was so responsive, was able to reduce my increase substantially. Really appreciate the great customer service at this location. Great customer service in great people. Very much cheaper than anywhere in town that I've been to. Definitely clean friendly customer service and very secure area.
The staff here is amazing and friendly. Will recommend this storage facility to anyone. Cathy the store manager is very friendly and helpful.
Best storage unit I’ve used. The digital access was convenient, Also the carts provided and elevators made it super easy to move stuff in and out. Staff was always friendly as well.
