Moving to NJ from NY so we had to find a storage unit in town. Extra Space Storage had great reviews to I had to come check them out. Jermaine was so kind and helpful! The gentleman at the front desk (I didn’t catch his name, but I was there 3/8/25 around 3pm) was super helpful. He explained everything very clearly to my mother and helped us get to her unit after we had taken a wrong turn! Everything was clean and very easy to navigate. Wow, Sean was so great with assisting us today. In these days and time we were grateful to have excellent customer service not only was Sean very informative but he was very patient. During our meeting time and making the reservation we were unsure and requested Sean show us different spaces more than once and he never complained. If you've never rented storage space before I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in South Orange, NJ it's been open about 5-6 months it's clean has Convenient access and the staff is amazing.
Sean and Jermaine had great customer service. As soon as I walked in, my dog and I were warmly greeted and all my questions were answered. I was able to look at different units to make sure I picked the right size. Sean was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and highly surveilled.
