I was looking for a storage unit fast for my son and found Extra Space Storage on Wilson Rd in Rossville, GA. I found a unit online, signed up, paid the fees. One included $19.99 for a lock and key. There is not an option to opt out for that since I had my own, so I call the helpline number. The person I spoke to said that I would charged for the lock however, I could call and speak to the property manager and get credit right back for that fee or go in person and get credited on-site. Great prices- I have looked everywhere, and this place is far more affordable than most. It is clean and the staff is nice.

Great rates, security is tight, and the people who work there are very friendly! The former company would not let us into the office, these guys held open the door and said "come on in!" Wonderful improvement already!
