This place is great! Although the location for me is a little out of the way it was so worth it!! It was easy to find! The facility itself was immaculate. I reserved online and did all my paperwork via online a well. Down loaded a copy of my lease and I was set. It was smooth sailing once I arrived at approx 6 am I was able to access my level from the street there was a cart awaiting me to help haul my things to the unit itself. I appreciate how easy the reservation process was and how helpful Ashley was in taking care of my needs. I like the facility being brand new and the temperature is very comfortable to work in your unit. The location is also great.
I recently got a unit here. It's so nice. I moved from another storage company that kept raising their rates despite being pretty crappy, and I'm so glad I did. The rates are reasonable, and most importantly, the temperatures in the facility are good. I'm not worried about heat or cold or humidity damaging my inherited heirlooms.
I needed a storage for an unexpected move. Ashley was amazing offering me the best rate. The unit is clean, easy a chess, spacious and the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Totally recommend this branch.
We love our storage lockers at Extra Space on Wornall. Ashley, Dave and Autumn have been extremely helpful working with us. Also, the facility is clean and secure. We highly recommend this facility.
