The store manager Susan is without a doubt one of the most difficult people to deal with I have ever met. How she became a store manager baffles me. I was there for almost an hour just trying to get access to my unit and a code for the property. She is unbelievably rude and walked away from me, in frustration, twice while I was asking questions.
