I have been with extra space storage going on four months now. The facility is clean, and it’s kinda tucked away so it makes me feel even better. It’s never an issue getting anyone in the phone. Very great establishment!! Highly recommend
I was very impressed with this storage facility at first. Yes, it is clean and new. However, they pulled the old bait and switch routine on us. Started out with one price then they raised the price by almost 50% after a few months. Ouch! Supposedly they sent a letter warning of cost increase but I never got it. Going to start looking for a new facility.
Melissa has been extremely helpful and I am so thankful for all her help. She has made a tough situation so much easier. She was very thorough and great at walking me through the process! Thank you so much!
Very happy with this brand new facility. Super clean with easy access for loading in and out. Safe and spacious! Staff has been super attentive, helpful and polite. Highly recommend.
Moved to this location from another company in town. Paying less with 2x the space. Location is convenient and easy to access. Space is cleaned and well cared for. Very satisfied
