Amazing experience getting a storage unit here!! After a last-minute change of plans, Suzanne was able to get me a unit within 24 hours and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set for my arrival after driving in from out of state. Highly recommend this storage facility!!
Needed storage space for about 6 months and they made it so easy! It’s 10% self service so you can come and go as you need. They are very receptive on the phone if needed. Good experience
I have been with extra space storage going on four months now. The facility is clean, and it’s kinda tucked away so it makes me feel even better. It’s never an issue getting anyone in the phone. Very great establishment!! Highly recommend
Great customer service made for easy setup of storage unit in the size I need! He even gave me the inside scope on the second level being better than first with a drive up door around back for those on second level. Good News for me!!!
I was very impressed with this storage facility at first. Yes, it is clean and new. However, they pulled the old bait and switch routine on us. Started out with one price then they raised the price by almost 50% after a few months. Ouch! Supposedly they sent a letter warning of cost increase but I never got it. Going to start looking for a new facility.
