Online reservation was wicked easy! Pricing is much lower than other local facilities. Communication from the facility manager (Robin) via personalized phone call, as well as a detailed informational text was professional and courteous. The property is exponentially clean and security is top-notch! Definitely rent a cost effective inside unit on the 2nd or 3rd floor, versus an "outside access" unit on the 1st floor, as load-in via an elevator is a breeze!
I needed a storage space in a hurry. Robin the manager was super attentive and helpful. She didn't rush me into making a decision, explained all the rules and regs clearly, with a sweet disposition. The facility is new, clean and beautiful. With a deal of first month free, all units are climate controlled, many size options, and reasonable monthly pricing, I feel that I am in good hands. Pleace is very clean and secure. Robin was able to show me multiple units and found one that fits my families needs. She walked me through everything I'd need to know to access the unit. The is it was all less than 18 minutes. The price was substantially less than Pods and uhal. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for actual extra space.
Secure facility. Pin to get into garage, separate pin for building, third pin for elevator. Building is brand new and very well maintained. Decent prices when compared to other storage facilities within close proximity. Would highly recommend.
