Stopped in today and was immediately greeted by Chrissy. I loved her customer service especially in a world where that’s starting to lack. She even complimented my perfume. We recently are renting a storage unit at ExraSpace storage and had a great experience overall. The facility is brand new and incredibly well maintained. The onsite manager, Jocelyn, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. Jocelyn's customer service was excellent and made the rental process seamless.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well kept. I got a really good deal for one of their climate control unit. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you
I was referred here from the other location on McCart. Aubrey was training two new girls and everyone was so polite and friendly. I ended up moving forward with the renting a space and I love that the ladies allowed me to view the unit before moving forward. That was not my experience when I used another facility. Truly thankful for their customer service and I love that the facility is new!!
