I am so grateful for Carrie's help with getting my unit, and even giving me more time to get things in the unit. She was so helpful, and very knowledgeable of the units. I was moving from Wisconsin and my arrival time kept changing, and she was always there to help me, and get me into the unit. I would give a million stars because of the amazing help here. Both Carrie and Jose are amazing at their jobs. If you're looking for somewhere to store, bring the business to Extra Space.
We were able to obtain a storage unit within minutes of the call to Extra Space Storage. The facility is very clean and secure. Price per month is reasonable and within current market prices. Would use them again and have recommended to others.
This is not my first storage unit rental by far. It is however the first time I actually enjoyed the process. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
My experience today was exceptional. My husband and I were looking for a storage space and this place was exactly what we needed and you can’t beat the price. The front office staff, Jose and Carrie, were so helpful and they really went over and beyond to help us get what we needed. If you are looking for a clean, cool, safe place to store items, look no further. This is it!
To start the location is brand new. What could be better than that?, well, just to add they have the nicest people working there who are there to help you at all costs! My wife and I have had a unit at this storage almost as soon as they opened. We didn’t meet Carrie until a few months later when I came to return the lock provided to you with the unit only cause I already had one from the previous location we came from.
