My family and I had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage. I liked how they had free carts for us to use. Liz, a worker at this wonderful storage place offered us water, she was very nice to us.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The customer service we received from Liz was outstanding—she was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. I was in the process of transitioning from one company to this location. Everyone at the store handled me with care and ensured my questions were answered. Upon arriving to the facilities, it was very clean and all the amenities were well taken care of. The assistant store manager, Juju, provided me with exceptional customer service, was very thorough in her approach, and went above and beyond. I would recommend to a friend for sure!
