Gloria was amazing. She explained everything so clearly and checked in to make sure we understood, walked us to our unit, and then demonstrated how to close it properly when we asked about it. She explained all the security features and just really had us feeling good about having our things here.

Had so much trouble with the previous mini storage, but talk to David for the first time this morning under the new owners (extra space storage) and he was so great! David was the first person I've talked to since being here that was professional, so helpful, and actually cared what I went thru.... I'm rating 5 stars based on my phone call with David but look forward to leaving another review further a long
