Sales staff is very helpful, polite and willing to walk us to inspection 2 storage spaces. Andrea answered all our questions and made suggestion where are choices, exact loading spot distance to the storage space. We appreciated the great monthly fee, $15 difference from 1st floor vs ground floor etc... we decided to rent for the ground floor, reserve, and prepay for 5 months. Very good meeting and understanding of the inside storage other than our past experience with drive up garage storage.
My wife and I appreciate the inside storage tour, choices of spaces and floor level, the reservation window and monthly fee. This is newly built storage location. A good fit for us, as closer to retirement and in the plan to move to smaller house. Great sales assistant Andrea, many thanks

Great Storage Space. Very secure and very convenient with everything they have. The Blue Tooth on my phone app is a little glitchy but when it works, it's great. I am giving 4 stars because today there was an incident that occurred which knocked out all key pad access and when I went to office to get help there was no one in the office and the office door was locked. Locating a unit to rent out was easy through their website. The monthly rate was low, and the process to get set up was fast. I signed a rental lease last night and got a call this morning confirming I was all set. Thank you all!
