I’ve noticed a few issues that seem to have changed since the previous management. There are fewer carts available than before, and there is a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke between the units. It also appears that some clients are not following the rules, and unfortunately, the staff doesn’t seem to be addressing it, as they are mostly staying in the office. I’d appreciate it if these concerns could be looked into. Thank you!
I don’t usually write reviews but Ariana was really one of the most helpful and understanding person I’ve dealt with when it came to my business. I understood the policy and though it didn’t meet my first expectations, I came to a consensus with the deals and am very satisfied with her service !
Customer service is wonderful. They do there best to give u wonderful service .Very helpful staff.i have amazing experience with the staff . Kimberly is an amazing person she helped me . She is very polite and patient. I give her 5 star
Great facility but I had to get my stuff out of there when the price of my unit went through the roof. I started at $65 a month and a few years later was being charged $110 a month. Really felt like price gouging. Cannot believe that the cost of running the place doubled in that amount of time. A friend told me that this is the usual practice with these places.
