Quick and painlessly. The clerk was polite. and showed me 1st hand. Clean and I feel my property is safe and closely g uarded by security cameras/ monitors. BUT WAIT!!! There's more, the price! the front office folks Megan and Arthur were professional and expedient to provide me with a clean spacious storage area. The process was fast and efficient. Only problem I see is not having access to a toilet area due to vandalism. I would think select renters could be given a key or code to the bathroom. I am an older gentleman who. finds this situation difficult. Otherwise the storage area is first rate.
