I had the pleasure of being help by Ms.Maryann when I tell you she was nothing but amazing. She’s heaven sent she was so helpful & polite. The best customer service ever. I wish she could get a raise based off her personality.
Space was booked and billed by Public Storage. I arrived to finish processing, get lock keys etc. Found out the location had been bought out by Extra Space Storage. Told reservation not in their records. They were nice enough to honor my reservation, but charged me again for initial payment. Said I would need to contact Public Storage to have them refund initial payment. Contacting Public Storage is impossible all you get is a chat that leads nowhere. Marion made a really difficult move feel a lot more manageable. She is always willing to go above and beyond to do whatever she can to help and is always full of positivity and reassurance that you will be receiving the best service possible.
Very clean building. Big unit , no ladder needed. 😃 The mgr, Marion went above and beyond for each customer that she was helping. She’s polite, respectful & professional.
