Space was booked and billed by Public Storage. I arrived to finish processing, get lock keys etc. Found out the location had been bought out by Extra Space Storage. Told reservation not in their records. They were nice enough to honor my reservation, but charged me again for initial payment. Said I would need to contact Public Storage to have them refund initial payment. Contacting Public Storage is impossible all you get is a chat that leads nowhere. Very clean building. Big unit , no ladder needed. 😃 The mgr, Marion went above and beyond for each customer that she was helping. She’s polite, respectful & professional.
