The person in the office Mr. Venjo Cruz, was incredibly helpful in assisting me to update some changes and add the app to my phone. He was very polite and very patient with me. Previously, I had reached out to this same gentleman and had the same excellent customer service! So grateful! Thank you!

5 Stars I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate — which made moving furniture in and out a breeze. A special shout-out to the assistant manager, Jennifer, who has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

My experience with Mr. V. Cruz The team Leader , he was professional and friendly. And I thank him for answering all my questions and helping me , with showing me the place, how to introduce the code number to the unit on the gate. I know the situation with the computer was down and he did the best to help or make work. Thank you again.
