Secure, gated, convenient self storage, with options of temperature controlled units or drive up units. Staff and front office are very helpful. They offer moving supplies as well. Units are clean as well.

To add to my previous review, they say they send paperwork to "warn" you of the changes but I still haven't received any and I have looked and looked. They just charge your account. Also, I've called the number that replied to my review that "takes my feedback seriously" and it only leads to the store manage, who isn't any help at all. They just apologize for the inconvenience and tell you "all storage companies do that." I'll say it again...BEWARE OF THE RUG PULL! They raise your prices 145% within ONE YEAR!!!

Beware of the RUG PULL. You might start at $110/month and before you know it they are charging $189, then $269.50/month for the same unit for a 145% increase in price within a year. And their answer for it "All storage places do that." Seems unethical because all of your things are already moved in there and now your choice is getting everything back out or eating the ridiculous prices which are subject to change at anytime.
