Same as previous customer increased rate without notifying, it hasn't even been a year yet. When I signed up online when they just opened, I asked the agent about price increase. he did state the increase would occur based off how the rental climate changed, but I could call in and speak to the owner, and they would not increase much. Just another Predatory Pricing Business that is only seeking money. My Monthly Storage Rent was $16 and they ( ** without notifying me ** ) increased it to $35.00 , When I checked my account randomly today to pay my Bill early that was how I learned of the upcharge. Parking was Horrible when I did visit ,, They also left the door for Storage Owners Entrance open at all times .. It's not that difficult to just invest in purchasing a Keyless Digital Doorpad .. Especially with the amount of $$$ people are paying monthly.
