This storage facility is very clean, secure and a great place to store your belongings. Manager Chazney is always a pleasure to work with, she helps a lot. Highly recommended
I usually don't post negative remarks about business but I have to give the storage development a 3 out of 5. The customer service is great, the facility is clean but it's cold in the building. Climate control is one of the factors why I decided to choose the facility because of what I keep in storage . I expected the building to be at a controlled temperature all year around, the temperature was pleasant in the summer but it's cold inside during the winter.
Customer service was absolutely amazing! Chazney the new store manager was so helpful and welcoming. The general place where the storage units were so clean. My unit was already clean and easy to access. The overall store and management were wonderful!
absolutely love how convenient and well managed this storage facility is,love the drive in concept and the overall design of the building is made and I can't wait for the rest is up and running to admire it, I've been to quite a few storage facilities and this surpass them all!! I would recommend to anyone to go check it out!
Awesome experience. I was so frustrated by the change in companies, but as soon as I met Chazney Shields, all my problems were solved. She even forgave me for being a frustrated witch. Took care of my transition from Cube Smart to Extra Space Storage with ease. Made me decide to remain a customer. I look forward to maintaining my storage needs with Extra Space Storage🤝
