Extra space storage did a great job taking over from the previous owners. They were very communicative and helpful during the transition. The property is well maintained, clean, and secure. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Melissa did a great job helping with my move out. Thank you so much! I will be using their storage in the future and highly recommend it to anyone who is needing to rent out a unit.
Extra Space Storage is under new management. It’s about time. Previous management was not very good. The current manager is amazing. She is friendly, very accommodating, and efficient. 5 star service with a smile. So happy for the change.
Extra Space Storage just took over the storage location that I’ve rented from for many, many years. Melissa emailed me, as well as called to let me know the situation and help me get my auto payment set up. She also filled me in on the new extended business hours of operation, which is great! These units are clean and maintained, but that's not why I'm giving this place five stars. The people here are amazing and have gone above and beyond to help us out in more ways I could count. Ismael, in particular, has been an absolute rockstar in helping me navigate tricky logistics on-site and even as far as 1200 miles away. I can't say enough about how much he's helped out and highly recommend this facility and these employees for any storage needs.
I have been with extra space storage for 7 months and I can honestly say i absolutely love it no worries about leaving my personal belongings here. The staff is amazing and the price is perfect for my budget.
