It is always a great feeling to get great customer service. A couple of months ago I visited this location. I was assisted by Eddie. He was very courteous and provided detailed explanation to all my concerns, including the "what if" questions. Today I went back to this location and was assisted by Jess. The store manager, Eddie, was extremely helpful. I had just had a terrible experience with Public Storage and was on the verge of tears. I called his location and told me to just come over. He showed us a space in the incredibly clean, new building and helped me with my reservation. He later told me he heard how stressed I was and that's why he suggested we just come in. He is professional, friendly, courteous and understanding. Thank you so much for taking one thing off my overly full plate.
Great storage space! Very reasonable prices and the units are super clean. All of that aside Jess at the front was a huge help in finding a unit for me when my last storage fell through. Truly a life saver. Eddie was also very helpful when it came to closing out my unit and overall process was easy and hassle free. THANK YOU and will be using if needed in future
