The Facility Manager Eddie made the entire storage process fast and stress free. I moved from Texas and had a semi drop off our furniture into two units without hassle. The staff made sure our units were on the first floor and next to each other. The units were spotless and the entire facility was clean as well. I look forward to using this facility for all my storage needs. Thank You
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eddie and he was wonderful. He was informative in answering any questions I had. Kindly showed me around the facility and even demonstrated how to lock my unit. The place was extremely clean and super easy to get around. Def recommend!
Eddie was amazing. Great communication and made down sizing my unit smoother than butter on hot toast. On a serious note i made one phone call and Eddie knew who i was at the door hours later. He greeted me with a smile and way beyond helpful. What i thought would take long he made happen in less than 5 mins. Definitely would say if you was fast easy and smooth service i recommend this location to anyone.
Tasha was amazing, kind and so helpful. I signed up with her. Moved in the next day where I was seen by Eddie and he was also very nice and helpful. The customer service is 5 stars, I only gave 4 because there was some technical difficulties with getting in and peoples codes not working to open the doors, so hopefully that gets resolved fast. Other than that the facility is new and very clean.
I was looking for a storage unit and decided to go with this facility because they offered 1st month free. On top of that the store manager Eddie Ruiz took care and explain really good. We definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a storage.
