Yvonne and amazing staff are always so nice every time i call. They always. Friendly, caring, helpful, very respectful and helped me with my rental issues and went out of their way to help me when i needed to talk to them about my storage unit. Love the service. 5 stars in my book!*****

Had a great talk with LaKisha about the new property. She was very patient and professional when reviewing my storage options and took me to tour several units on site. The location is very clean and I felt safe during my tour. I left feeling very confident about location safety, cleanliness and value.

Awful. Buyer beware!! Or renter. Perhaps this should have been obvious. They are a month-month rental business model. But when people are in the middle of an especially complicated move. A relocation, they are likley exhausted. Upon move-in, (which we ended up not moving anything in, of course). I asked what I would owe them in mid-June, after the first 4 months that I pre-paid was up. Their reply was, "We have no idea. Even we are not told the pricing until a day or two before." Gate locked at 9:59 pm when gate hours end at 10:00 pm. There are NO warnings posted showing gate will be locking at that time and you won't be able to exit at all. I am on a time crunch in my uhaul and my uhaul is stuck inside the storage unit. Message showing access denied contact manager and manager AND emergency gate services won't answer. I have been calling for 31 minutes now. My uhaul is supposed to be packed tonight and I have movers scheduled for tomorrow morning, as well as family that drove in to help for only one... read more

I moved my belongings into the ExtraSpace Facility on French Place in San Antonio during April of 2025. The facility is a very nice one, and the rate listed for renting it was quite competitive. I am happy with the space that I rented. Nonetheless, I am extraordinarily unhappy with the business practices I have experienced related to the facility.
