Somehow on the fence about this place. At least at this point I am sort of in the middle. I had thought this brand was fairly consistent. Seems like the quality of the Rv storage is in the middle. Apparently they are supposed to draw the lines separating the spaces. I had originally looked at an add online, and it looked clean, single spaces, along a back row against a wall, with nice clean flattop. Maybe somehow I mixed up the property address's. Called to discuss my rent increase and they were very helpful! I wasn't sure if I should call or not, due to feeling that they wouldn't do much or budge. The manager was really helpful and was able to give me a better offer. I'm so happy to receive excellent customer service. Thank you so much for listening to your customers! Will be telling my friends and whoever else is looking for a unit to come here
Reserving a unit was simple and convenient. When contacting the front desk, they were very helpful and more than willing to assist. I'm sure a map and directions for exiting the premises was attached somewhere, but it took me a little bit to realize that I had to drive to the key pad inside the premises to open the gate. It was not visible from where I was by the gate trying to exit.

I have both a storage unit and a camper storage space at Extra Space Storage, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Before Extra Space Storage took over, this used to be a really good facility, and that's honestly why I stayed there. But since the acquisition, they've raised my rates multiple times, and it feels like you constantly have to negotiate with them just to keep your price reasonable. Rent increase from $160 to $230. This was at once and wasn't gradual. This company sucks. Will be moving my stuff out asap.
