The feamale on Friday was friendly and went sbove and beyond. However the male agent sort of lied when i asked for a unit close to the door. I needed a disability accommodation because i am disabled due to severe back problems and two of my helpers, both Veterans ( one is an amputee, the other is getting ready to lose part of his foot). If that facility didnt have a closer unit I just feel that other nearby locations should have been checked to allow for a disabilty accomodation.
