I have been using this storage unit for about two years now. The grounds are always clean and I feel like my supplies are safe and secure in my unit. Great location as well as it is right off the turnpike. The office has good hours and a VERY CLEAN restroom. You can access this storage unit from 6am-10pm and the office is usually open during the hours of 9:30am to 6pm. There’s no way these good reviews are real people. They will bait you into getting a storage space with a low price and then it will absolutely go up in a few months. My initial agreement was $88. A few months later I get a charge of $165. Out of no where?? I didn’t agree to this charge. When I asked why they didn’t notify me, they said the notice was sent in the mail. I never noticed this storage facility before since it is back off the road. I like it because it feels very safe and is convenient to the turnpike. Alana, the property manager, is very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. The best customer service I have had in a long time. The property is very clean and is well lit at night. Everybody I’ve met there is very friendly. Happy I store here.
Finalizing the move-in was the easiest I think I’ve experienced. I was also impressed with her soft skills and overall thoroughness, to making sure I understood the initial 1st month charges , to signing the contract on-line, to entering the property for the first time. Great Job!🙌🏻
Alana was very helpful and great at making me feel comfortable overall. I haven't met someone so enthusiastic about customer service in a while. The facility was also very clean. The experience was enjoyable.
