I was helping some family move out of a unit, and I guess this property recently changed into an Extra Space facility. Honestly, I wish it always had been. Alex was exceptional and went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. He helped us navigate the property and even opened a side gate to accommodate our truck, which was too large to fit through the main entrance. Mandy is an amazing woman! Her smile and personality personify the way customer service should be! Alex is excellent and easy to talk to.
Very important to know this, NO reflection on Alex, the manager of the facility. He was awesome. I had the worst experience with the people on the phone. Couldn't get into my unit that I had just rented over the phone earlier that day to try and save any delays that night. 3 calls to customer service, 2 of them disconnected. 2 calls to emergency gate support, I hung up on the 1st one, 2nd one tried to help. I visited this facility recently and while I did not end up renting a unit, Alex at the front desk made a lasting impression. Alex was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me with the rates and numbers. Great team member and for anyone that may need a little extra assistance Alex can help.
Great customer service whether calling in or visiting the location and fair prices. Ron gave me a call after I rented a unit online to welcome me to Metro and go over any questions I had, which made me feel very appreciated. The facility is well kept, has 24/7 security cameras, and superb anti-theft locks. A million times better than Public Storage!!!
