Melissa and her team are great! I’ve been with many different storage units in the past and Lockaway is hands down the most friendly, professional, and technologically advanced business out there. I’ve had some issues getting access into my units and Melissa took great pride in resolving them and making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Lockaway Storage!
I really love Lockaway! Their staff is always friendly! Today I had the pleasure of speaking to both Zach and Melissa about payment issues I was having due to my bank. Very clean and gates worked. Was a little tight for moving truck to drive around but they managed.
Melissa at the Patricia location was super nice and reserved the exact spot that I needed. She was super helpful.
Been with the facility for 3mo and I went on the website and the prices are lower but I’m still paying the higher rate, if someone could contact me and explain that, it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise getting started was easy and I haven’t had any problems thus far. Fairly clean facilities. As far as the price, it may be worth it to find a lower deal.
