Nice and very clean. John was really helpful. Willing to come to my aid today and assist me when I was having trouble with opening it up at 1st LOL ("Don't judge me John🤣), but we got it open before he was leaving the office. Needless to say, I'm very happy about my choice here! Thanks John.
Trisha helped me with the storage rental. She was friendly and answered all my questions! Thr office of Extra Space Sorage was clean and the unit as well. I tooke advantage of the on-line special. Prices definitely reasonable!

I have been at that particular storage site for many years, since extra space storage has been there it has brought many different upgrades that are making it much easier, I do appreciate the pay after hours option, I also appreciate the site being cleaner and I can say customer service at this time is better. I would recommend this storage site to friends and family.
