we recently moved to the area, but realized we had too much stuff and needed storage. went to ExtraSpace + Yvonne provided excellent customer service. She explained all of our options patiently and in a way that was easy-to-understand. She even gave us a tour of the facility and taught us how to use the ESS app. I left there feeling like it was money well spent and it was thanks to Yvonne!
Online price you can’t beat! The online process was super easy, from making your reservation to having a storage unit assigned to you! I was called by an associate right after who walked me through the payment process, all paperwork was signed via e-doc, and once the app was downloaded to my phone, I had secure access to my storage unit the same day. Great place to do business. Patrick was respectful and help with anything I needed for my stay. This location has great staff, very clean, and safe to store price less items. Five stars no doubt!
Lockaway Storage was awesome! Never had a single issue. Everything was easy. I loved the app that allowed you to open the gate through Bluetooth so you didn't have to enter a code. They even provided a lock free of charge. I never worried about my storage getting broken into like you hear about it so many other storage facilities.
