Hannah was very helpful. I'm in the moving industry And this storage facility is perfect for 18 wheeler trucks. I would definitely recommend this unit to anybody.

Price increase a month from $79 to $151.00 is totally unacceptable. I understand and have accepted price increases 0ver the years. Normally $5 to $8. Tried talking to the office person but she said she couldn’t do anything. Prices were increased by corporate! Would not give me the manager name or phone number when I asked for it. When I pulled the same size unit up on kiosk the price was listed as $120. I asked the clerk why my unit was increased so much higher over the kiosk price and she reply it’s because of demand. Just rented, and you can get better prices for reserving online, but watch out! That’s just a base price. They’ll add a insurance fee of $11 monthly, $30 admin fee first month, and make you buy one of their locks if your unit you’re renting doesn’t use a regular lock (there are other units though you’ll need to ask about the lock). Overall, it’s a clean storage space and Hannah is nice at the FM 78 location.
Nice and very clean. John was really helpful. Willing to come to my aid today and assist me when I was having trouble with opening it up at 1st LOL ("Don't judge me John🤣), but we got it open before he was leaving the office. Needless to say, I'm very happy about my choice here! Thanks John.
