Bryan was super helpful, willing to show me the facilities and assist me through the contract process. This is a PRO MILITARY business, which is greatly appreciated. I did it all on-line over the Veterans Day offer and although the Military Discount was advertised, it did not allow or have the option online...Bryan quickly looked for options and took care of that without any issues!! I just made the smart decision to finish my contract at Cubesmart to store my stuff at Extra Space Storage!!

I started my rental in June 2025 paying 88.00mo, however received a letter in September that I’d be paying 168mo in October. That is insane the price almost doubled, when I took the unit I explained I’d be needing it for a year was told it would be 88 but I had to rent the unit right now to secure my rate. The property is nice, but the sales tactics are deceiving.

Property is very clean. The onsite manager was beyond friendly and helpful. Even after the office was closed he saw we were having trouble with the door and came and helped us out. Top tier!
