Have been so happy with ExtraSpace Storage! The location and the price was just right for us! Today I went into the office today to ask some questions and the manager Brody did what he could to help me. I had mentioned a promotion that was offered by the previous manager, that I did not receive, and he was u able to see it. Brody called me about an hour later to tell me he found it and offered me a credit on my next months rent! I really appreciated this help!

My wife and I were looking for a place to store bins from her parents' home. We had moved them from Laredo to San Antonio and had too much stuff. We were so impressed with the facility and service that we decided to rent an additional unit for ourselves.

I tend to forget codes a lot, and every time I called there was no issues with helping me or any attitude. I enjoyed the service and well recommended this place to another. Brody will take care of ya’ll

I've had my storage unit over a year and up until now it's been good with no issues and sometimes I pay late but this last time, Veronica called and I told her not to worry, it gets paid late every month and we will pay it. She then proceeded to call 2 more times the same day, on a saturday mind you, but missed the call. I called back bc I thought it was Important but the man said it was a courtesy call.
