I went into the office to ask about a more affordable storage unit, since I wasn’t using all the space in the larger one I was in. That’s where I met Kayla. She was very patient as she was helping customers on the phone and helping me in the office. We talked about different options that would be more affordable and I went with a smaller unit that would be perfect for the stuff I have. Kayla was super sweet and helpful! I’m happy with the choice I made and even better, I’m saving money every month now!
Bianca was phenomenal to work with. She provided excellent customer service and made my move in extremely simple. Highly recommend renting units from her and her team.
Bianca! She is our lifesaver! Extra Space Storage was what we needed in the very short time we had to search for our unit. I had several questions about the billing for our unit and Bianca was able to explain the ins and outs of how everything worked! Leaving the office, I was relieved! Thanks for making our day so much easier to deal with!
This place was amazing when Cory was around, excellent custoner service now the new company wants to raise the prices over 50% even if you've been there for a while. Anthony was helpful enough to even offer in submitting a new quote but each representative has advised something different. Need to look for a place ASAP. Remember if you get a unit here the prices and quotes given are temporary they are only a special rate for the time being.
I’ll be honest—when I saw my bill nearly double the same month I was laid off, I was incredibly upset. What made it worse was (what felt like) the complete lack of warning, which is the only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5. HOWEVER, I want to note that this could have been an error on my part since I do not believe my email or address had been updated accordingly.
