This place was amazing when Cory was around, excellent custoner service now the new company wants to raise the prices over 50% even if you've been there for a while. Anthony was helpful enough to even offer in submitting a new quote but each representative has advised something different. Need to look for a place ASAP. Remember if you get a unit here the prices and quotes given are temporary they are only a special rate for the time being.

Corry was amazing! She stayed late to accommodate my schedule. When you want professional, knowledgeable service, come see Corry. She is the best of the best, hands down!! She keeps the facility super clean and well maintained. Would recommend storing here to anyone that wants amazing service at a top notch facility.

I currently have a unit already but am referring another family over due to the excellent customer service I've received each time I've called the office. Today. I spoke to Rachel, and she gave me all the information I needed. She was very professional and helpful.

Rebecca helped me get the storage unit l needed. She was so kind and patient and explained everything in detail! Very helpful and nice! I am giving 5 stars for the care and fantastic customer service! They also have very reasonable pricing. $50 dollars cheaper than the other storage places on Bandera road.
