Yes , I had an issue with the storage unit & Kayla listen to me explain my concern to her . She went above & beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. She resolved my issue & I am a completely satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend Extra Storage Space to my friends & family . I went into the office to ask about a more affordable storage unit, since I wasn’t using all the space in the larger one I was in. That’s where I met Kayla. She was very patient as she was helping customers on the phone and helping me in the office. We talked about different options that would be more affordable and I went with a smaller unit that would be perfect for the stuff I have. Kayla was super sweet and helpful! I’m happy with the choice I made and even better, I’m saving money every month now!
Bianca! She is our lifesaver! Extra Space Storage was what we needed in the very short time we had to search for our unit. I had several questions about the billing for our unit and Bianca was able to explain the ins and outs of how everything worked! Leaving the office, I was relieved! I’ll be honest—when I saw my bill nearly double the same month I was laid off, I was incredibly upset. What made it worse was (what felt like) the complete lack of warning, which is the only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5. HOWEVER, I want to note that this could have been an error on my part since I do not believe my email or address had been updated accordingly.
